using the latest CNC equipment.
We specialise in the miniature to medium size range of components
in all machinable materials and can turn parts as small as 0.5mm
in diameter to as large as 500mm in diameter.
We pride ourselves
on the ability to do the difficult jobs that no one else can do.
Our multi-axis machines have the capacity to carry out milling on the face and outside diameter,
cross-drilling and face-drilling, cross-tapping and face-tapping and
other machining operations all in the one setup, being able to do
these operations in the one setup ensures accuracy that cannot
be maintained by previous machining methods.(which is the way our competitors do it.)
We also have an extensive range of Automatic cam driven lathes,
these machines have a reputation of being the fastest lathes to make
machined type screws, rivets, inserts etc.These machines are designed
for high volume, they can make a 3mm slotted screw in 1.2sec
flat.
Escomatics are a swiss type coil fed cam driven machine that
can make small parts with no-pips on either end they are ideal
for making lock pins, small spindles and rollers.
Hibble Industries also has its own EDM wire cutter for making
highly accurate form tools, cams, press tools etc, we have the
capacity to wire cut any material that can conduct electricity.
All of our machines run 24hrs a day , 5 days a week to give you
the customer the delivery that you need on time every time.
